Description

The electric motors equipped in cranes exhibit intermittent operation characteristics, which means they frequently undergo processes of starting, stopping, or changing direction, and the load they bear varies in both magnitude and direction. Given this unique operating environment, these motors must possess sufficient mechanical strength and overload capacity to withstand the effects of mechanical vibration and impact. In crane applications, induction motors are widely adopted, primarily including squirrel-cage rotor motors and wound rotor motors. Additionally, we offer integrated gear motor solutions. In terms of insulation classes, these motors are divided into Class F and Class H. Class F insulation is suitable for environments with temperatures not exceeding 40°C, while Class H insulation is more appropriate for metallurgical operating environments with temperatures not exceeding 60°C.
